Log into your Vita account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all home decor and furniture components are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
